Stay at The Grand
Stay a night or a week in a beautifully renovated arts center in downtown New Ulm! This historic building once housed a hotel and our third floor now includes a large private one bedroom apartment and a studio sleeping space.
The Grand Apartment
Designed for our artist-in residence program this beautiful, modern one-bedroom apartment is available within our building for overnight stays and is open to the public when not occupied by artists.
The Schell Studio
Schell Studio is equipped with a double bed, Roku smart TV, desk, and coffee maker.
Other Rental Spaces
The Grand Center for Arts & Culture’s beautifully renovated building has several areas available to rent for special events. Holiday parties, bridal & baby showers, arts & crafts parties for children and adults, and more! Every floor is fully accessible.
THE GRAND KABARET
The Grand Kabaret is located on the first floor of The Grand and can accommodate up to 75 people.
Features include: Stage, Sound System, Bar, Outdoor Decks and Patios
ARTS EDUCATION AREA
The Arts Education Area is located on the second floor. This space can accommodate more intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests.Â

4 PILLARS GALLERY
The 4 Pillars Gallery is also able to accommodate events on a more limited schedule between art exhibits.,
